Faculty are invited to apply for grants of up to $10,000 for educational technology that improves the student experience in courses, in informal learning experiences or in student life.

Apply for Scaled Grants (up to $100K)
Teams of two or more faculty are invited to collaborate across units to apply for grants of up to $100,000 for educational technology that directly enhances student learning and experience in courses, in informal learning experiences or in student life. There will be one round of proposals during the 2017-2018 academic year: Winter 2018. The application process for the scaled grants is conducted in two phases. Successful applicants must complete both phases of the application process.
For Phase One, interested parties are invited to complete a brief project description form that outlines the project’s aims. Phase One of the Winter 2018 round is now open. It is due by February 9, 2018. Applicants will receive confirmation of the receipt of their project descriptions and may also receive comments or suggestions related to the completion of the Phase Two portion by February 16, 2018. Phase Two of the Scaled Grant application involves completing a cover page and comprehensive proposal form. The Winter term round of Phase Two comprehensive proposals are due by March 16, 2018.
