Angel Mandujano-Guevara is a first generation college student pursuing a double-degree in Education and English at Oregon State University. He is the youngest of three children born to immigrant parents and is bilingual in Spanish and English.

In 2017, he was elected to the role of Memorial Union President. In this capacity, Mr. Mandujano-Guevara serves the student body by ensuring student focus on the programs, policies, and operation of the Memorial Union organization.

He is also an active member of Movimiento Estudiantil Chicanx de Aztlán (MEChA) and Omega Delta Phi Fraternity, Inc.

Mr. Mandujano-Guevara’s previous roles include leadership liaison to the Centro Cultural César Chávez, student liaison to Diversity & Cultural Engagement, resident assistant in Bloss Hall, and student staff with New Student Programs & Family Outreach. Across his many roles, he has focused on creating inclusive spaces and welcoming environments, utilizing shared models of leadership, and maintaining a social justice lens.

Mr. Mandujano-Guevara graduated with Honors from Glencoe High School and is dedicated to returning to the school to be a mentor, particularly for Latinx- and queer-identifying students.
