Dear Colleagues,
Decisions to promote and award tenure to members of the Oregon State faculty are among the most important made by the University, as they determine the quality of the institution for decades to come.
This year’s honorees are members of our scholarly community who have achieved excellence in teaching, research and creative work, and service. They’ve prepared undergraduate and graduate students for career and lifelong success, advanced knowledge in their disciplines, engaged communities beyond Oregon State to help solve big problems, and engaged in innovation and entrepreneurship. I thank them for their many and diverse contributions to the University and the world and wish them the best as they pursue the next phase of their careers.
