Dear OSU Academic and Professional Faculty,
I am pleased to confirm that members of United Academics of OSU have voted to ratify an agreement with the university to provide salary increases for the current fiscal year and FY2023 and FY2024.
The agreement provides for a 3% merit raise for FY22 for academic faculty represented by the union; at least a 3.5% merit increase for FY23; and at least a 3% merit increase for FY24. The university will provide a comparable raise package to academic faculty not represented by UAOSU and professional faculty. FY22 raises will be provided to faculty who have met expectations in their work performance and who were employed by OSU in the past fiscal year. Details regarding raises in future years will be communicated in the months ahead.
Academic and professional faculty will first see this fiscal year’s raise reflected in their November paycheck. Raises earned retroactively over the period of July 1 through Oct. 31, 2021, will be included in paychecks issued on Dec. 31, 2021.
