8. Executive Session:

Tualatin Mountain Forest Acquisition

• The board will meet in Executive Session pursuant to (1) ORS 192.660(2)(e) to conduct deliberations with persons designated by the governing body to negotiate real property transactions, and (2) ORS 192.660(2)(f) to consider information or records that are exempt from public disclosure on the basis that they are protected by attorney-client privilege (ORS 192.355(9)(a) and ORS 40.225).

9. Executive Session:

Federal Administration Actions

• The board will meet in Executive Session pursuant to (1) ORS 192.660(2)(h) to consult with legal counsel concerning the legal rights and duties of Oregon State University with regard to current litigation and litigation likely to be filed, and (2) ORS 192.660(2)(f) to consider information that is exempt from public disclosure on the basis that it is protected attorney by attorney-client privilege (ORS 192.355(9)(a) and ORS 40.225).
