Board Meeting - 10/08/2021

The Oregon State University Board of Trustees will meet Friday, Oct. 8, from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. in the Horizon Room of the Memorial Union on the university’s Corvallis campus. This meeting is open to the public. The board will consider action items recommended by board committees; the board’s 2022 work plan; and the preliminary timeline and process for the next presidential search. The board also will hear a report and host a panel discussion with faculty and others on the university’s efforts to advance equity, inclusion and social justice.

The Memorial Union is located at 2501 S.W. Jefferson Way.

Given COVID-19 guidance, the meeting will be hosted in-person as well as through a remote conferencing service. Note that proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or proof of a negative COVID-19 test taken not more than three days prior is required for in-person attendees. Additionally, face coverings are required. A public comment period will be provided at the board meeting. The public may attend the meeting in-person or may join the meeting virtually to provide comment. There is also a public comment opportunity before the board votes on each action item listed on the board agenda.
