Built the foundation for the Administrative Modernization Program (AMP), an ambitious initiative that will replace the university’s 34-year-old core administrative systems for human resources and finance.

Designed a secure environment to foster the use of data as a strategic asset for the university, including a modern data platform to incorporate, store, model, and access data in a secure and flexible manner.

Protected OSU information assets and stakeholders' privacy by implementing a “zero-trust” architecture to secure systems, services, and data.

Improved the University's IT environment for researchers, supporting compliance with emerging information security standards for research and creating a new UIT research support program, Digital Research Infrastructure (DRI).

Freed 48,000 labor hours to reallocate in support of the University’s mission, and $2.4 million in savings, through enhanced and streamlined the digital work experience.
