In her role as Chief Assistant to the Provost, Gigi Bruce supports the Provost on major strategic and administrative initiatives, works with senior university administrators and other colleagues across the University to make effective use of the Provost's time, coordinates the Office of the Provost office work plan and agendas and oversees project management to advance the Provost's priorities. She manages senior leadership searches, serves as administrative and business manager of the Office of the Provost, and oversees engagement and communications. She serves as Secretary to the INTO OSU Joint Venture Board and as part of the Senior International Officer’s team to advance the internationalization goals of the University. Gigi has a nearly 30 year career in higher education, serving three provosts and a president, and over fifteen years as a Faculty Senator. Gigi’s assistant is Kayleen Eng.
