Many people contributed to the development and implementation of SP4.0. Senior Vice Provost Susan Capalbo chaired a Vision 2030 Leadership Committee that completed, in fall of 2017, Vision 2030: Distinction, Access and Excellence, which articulated the distinction OSU is seeking to achieve by the year 2030. Vision 2030 then informed the development of SP4.0, with a Strategic Planning Steering Committee guiding the work. Senior Vice Provost Capalbo, and subsequently Vice Provost for Faculty Affairs Rick Settersten, coordinated the work of over a dozen action leads in implementing the plan. Gigi Bruce, Sara Daly, Michelle Klotz and many other staff made significant contributions to both the development and implementation of the plan.
