Leadership & Structure

The Latino/a/e President’s Commission is organized into three leadership circles:

 

Stewardship Circle

Responsible for guiding priorities, coordinating Commission operations, representing the Commission to university leadership, and ensuring alignment with community informed goals.

Community Advisory Circle

A flexible, open group of members and allies who contribute perspectives, participate in working groups, and support continuity and community capacitybuilding.

Semilleros Circle

Founding members who steward historical memory and serve as cultural and strategic guides. They do not manage operations but support reflection, accountability, and longterm continuity.
