Dear OSU Academic and Professional Faculty,
To acknowledge the many contributions of academic and professional faculty during this past year, I am pleased to announce that the university is implementing a salary increase program with changes in Fiscal Year (FY) 2024.
The merit-based program is structured to provide a 2% raise to academic and professional faculty who have met expectations in their work performance and who were employed by OSU in the past fiscal year and additional funds (1% of the salary pool) will be made available to units to reward employees with especially high performance. Additional details regarding this salary raise program are available here.
Academic and professional faculty will see a raise reflected in their paycheck for July 2023 if they are 12-month employees and in their paycheck for September 2023 if they are 9-month employees.
