At OSU, Nikki has strengthened the Holcomb Center’s visibility, impact, and relationships. They have also broadened the university’s outreach across Oregon by connecting OSU with the ODVA Veteran Village and cultivating partnerships with agencies and universities statewide. In addition, Nikki co-founded Those Who Serve with Counseling & Psychological Services, a peer support group designed for LGBTQ+ veterans and currently serving members.

Outside of their work and studies, Nikki enjoys caring for houseplants and spending time with their dog, Chappell.
